The Echoing of Time
The echoes of Time runs through life.
All past, all present, all of what is to be
Will fade with undying strife.
As within, lost to threads of time, bittersweet memories
Will pass me by,
As I lament lost memories that will die when I die.
Silently I hear, within and without, Time's lost cries
Through eternity.
Never finding, always losing, as life's mortality
Becomes immortal.
