We have a small but active HAM radio club in the Walworth County area of southern Wisconsin. We own and maintain the repeater on 146.865 located in Elkhorn WI. The output power is about 15 watts into a vertical antenna at 290 feet on the public safety tower in downtown Elkhorn.
The club has a monthly breakfast meeting that is held at 8:30 am on the second Saturday of each month. It is held at Zandis Family Restaurant across from the High School in Elkhorn, WI. A club officer, Steve Erskine <serskine@idcnet.com> would be happy to provide information about membership. Or you can mail us at LAARC P. O. Box 891 Elkhorn WI 53121
