Please register for Operation Torch Bearer training by mail, fax, telephone, or email. (Unfortunately, we cannot provide on-line registration through this site.) If you wish to mail or fax your registration, please use CPXF201 for individual registration (download it here) or CPFX202 for unit registration (download it here). If you wish to email your registration, please download and fill in the Excel 95 version of CPXF201 (download here) or CPXF202 (download here) and email the form as an attachment.
